Bad customer service package went to the wrong address

We purchased the Aivituvin AIR32 wooden chicken coop (Order #66550), trusting it to provide a safe and secure shelter for our flock. Instead, due to severe ventilation and engineering failures, the enclosure acted as an unventilated heat trap, causing the fatal heatstroke and loss of 3 of our livestock birds.
​When we contacted customer service with time-stamped temperature logs and photographic evidence, they refused to take accountability. First they tried to deflect and feign ignorance, and now they have demanded that we disassemble a used, weather-exposed animal enclosure—contaminated with biological waste—and somehow repack it into its discarded original cardboard box just to qualify for a basic refund. They are outright refusing to cover the $2,131.50 in total damages (coop cost plus the market value and lost egg production of the livestock they killed).
​We have already escalated this product safety hazard to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and federal/state consumer protection authorities. Buyers beware: if you experience a catastrophic product or safety failure with Aivituvin, do not expect them to stand behind their products or care about the safety of your animals.

Still have not received my 3rd package. Reached out to customer service with no luck.

I was short a lift handle for the tractor coop that I purchased and tried for a month to get them to send mr one to no evaluation they just kept asking me for the same information until I told them that I was going to disassemble it and send it back to them as incomplete product and then they wanted to give me $25 to not send it back and forget about the handle. I found a lift handle for $35 and told them that but then I got ghosted.

Had to repair pieces that were shipped damaged. Directions could be better. Pieces could be marked better. Decent price. Ok purchase for what it is.

The catio is exactly as described. I did find it a little less sturdy than anticipated but not to the point it would affect my review. The instructions said it could be put together in an hour, I did find that unreasonable. It took my husband and I about 2 1/2 hours to put together without any complications encountered. I would recommend this catio to anyone that needs a place for their cat. We do have ours in our screened room.

I am waiting on an order from them.They told me it would be here on the third which is tomorrow fedex is saying it will be here next week. The main reason I ordered from their website is they said it would be here on the third. I tried calling the only number I could find for them and it is out of service right now. I have never been more upset and disappointed in a company. I needed that product tomorrow as promised.

I received an incorrect box in shipment my shipment of an order I placed and your customer service has been pathetic at best in trying to resolve this issue.

Well I got all excited because they shipped out my order even faster than it said it would be here on the website... too bad they can't read or look at pictures that have 2 different products on them. They sent me half of the product I ordered and half of a chicken coop. When trying to email them about the issue they email back fairly fast but always ask for some other piece of info and WOULD YA LOOK AT THAT... they don't allow replies to the email the send so then you send another email... get the same "Stella" which I'm sure it's a AI, AND SHE JUST ASKS FOR MORE INFO SO YOU NEVER GET WHAT YOU NEED! I'm about ready to do a charge back but I know that's going to be a pain because I'm sure they'll get back to the card issuer real quick. Just another crappy business ran by AI.

The package was delivered the box was ripped open on the side ,had a few damaged parts but it's a duck coop didn't affect the assembly and im okay with it .

The coop and run is actually not big enough to hold 8 chickens. Maybe 4-5 chickens comfortably. The materials seem cheaply made and I’m not sure how warm it will be in the winter for them.

I love these rabbit cages for my fur babies. They arrived quickly, assembled easily and the bunnies are happy. I love that they're easy to keep clean with the wire separating the rabbits from the tray. Plus with all the access points, I can reach everything whenever I want. The best rabbit houses I've had! Thank you!

The quality of the construction, the delivery, the packaging, and the speed of delivery all exceeded my expectations.

Our second product we purchased from this company and we love it! Always good shipping time, easy assembly, and a lasting, easy-to-use/clean finished product! Our box came a little smashed up from fed-ex, but it did not damage the product inside.

The item came with a damaged piece. That being said I emailed & they said they would send out that piece again but unfortunately will take up to two weeks if not longer.
