My first app only bank account
Despite being sceptical of app only accounts, the process - including the ID verification - was very straightforward. The opening of an account and funding it was even simpler. I'm impressed. Although it's app only, there's a phone number and email address for contact. It all seems very user friendly and the interest rate is leading the market. What's not to like?

Great interest rate
Great interest rate for 3 years, little complicated getting vetted to open the account and took a little longer than expected, however I understand how important security is.

The account was easy to open and fund. Although the account was opened through the APP there is also a phone line where you can speak to the friendly helpful staff. For me this was very reassuring.
