This is my second review in regards to another negative experience ive had with them. I've ordered replacement air bag parts twice and TWICE they have FORGOT to include the crucial brass air compression fitting which is pivotal to the installation. They claim the old fitting should not be reused and instead use theirs. I would if you included them like you promised in the first place! This has led to unnecessary labour charges and the inconvenience of locally sourcing them myself because under no circumstances should you reuse any part

2nd review - warranty claim
I had the unfortunate situation that my suspension went rock hard for no reason. I had a DTC code too which indicated the rear left shock absorber had a fault.
Check the resistance across the AVS plug and found an open loop on the contacts.
Send the results to Aerosus via email. They sent a replacement shock absorber out and I fitted it today. No more hard suspension, no more trouble code amd absolutely fantastic service from Aerosus once again.
I cannot fault them at all.
