Majority of products I purchase that…
Majority of products I purchase that are supposed to be delivered overnight are not received.
Worst app
Worst app. Don’t waste your money on it. Every movie shown on the main screen displays “This video is currently unavailable” when you try to play it. Why show these movies if they aren’t available? It feels like a scam. The posters make you think the app has everything, but there’s barely anything available compared to Netflix.

If I could give Amazon negative stars I would. The customer service stinks and getting your money back is impossible. It’s become a nightmare. Customer service is awful and doesn’t seem to care.
I have amazon prime and every time I…
I have amazon prime and every time I order something the expectant date the packages supposed to come they never arrive then when I try to see where my package at they don’t give a good reason I just have to wait until the packages arrives. When I didn’t have amazon prime my packages would 7/10 arrive on the expected delivery date.
A) Amazon Prime is NOT a "no brainer"
A) As far as Amazon purchases online , there is no quality control and on receipt of wrong products , they are not helpful. Beware of the fine point of whether someone is just selling thru Amazon or they are selling for Amazon. THEY will give you a delivery date but then it can become an estimate and then lost and in one case it turned up for pickup in a post office 10 miles away which it said I requested , but that was FALSE > All their ads about preemptive protection from scammers seems largely irrelevant. B) Prime video has Chat help but I have never found human help and if your question is not in their FAQ log good luck on finding an answer . For example I can find easy instructions on an algorithm to delete a pin but the choices in reality don't match the instructions. C) I still have Amazon Prime because it does help at times but I no longer feel it is a "no brainer" as far as value goes, so if you are on a tight budget, think twice.
What’s the point of a subscription when Amazon doesn’t adhere to the promise of next day?
Amazon Prime, next-day delivery, well for a start, that’s a lie.
We order and if the driver is overworked and bogged down, you’ll be lucky to get it within 3 days!!
Time after time, then there’s the parcels on the doorstep and they run off, some days if I do t look to see if they are coming, the parcel will sit at my door waiting for someone to nick it.
My wife ordered next-day, that is coming in 5 days time.
Most of the junk on there is Chinese rubbish!
An utter waste of money, many places now do next day, another online bidding company can do it or 3 days post free.
I have given this Mickey Mouse outfit a second try and that’s my lot, no apology or refund for being late, now I heard the drivers are being told, leave it on the doorstep for all to steal.
Nah, I’ve washed my hands my this useless company.
Subscription runs out tomorrow, I certainly won’t be renewing.
Amazon and Prime are a ripoff
Amazon and Prime are a ripoff. You order, they take days to actually process payment which in turn DELAYS THE ACTUAL NEXT DAY SHIPMENT. TAKE THE PAYMENT AT THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED!!! This is my absolute last time ordering ANYTHING from Amazon. Don't have time to deal with all the nonsense they come with. Trash company.

Amazon prime has found a way to nickel dime our nations aged population. We are living in a fixed income and some of us use prime primarily for the movies, travel, history & religious history videos. For example I enjoyed the journey of St Paul in the 1st century but halfway thru they said, you want to watch the last few videos YOU PAY. Scandalous for a major company
What a scam company
What a scam company. They always worm into every of my account with their membership. I will have to delete this gang of thieves and never buy from them
I just closed my Amazon account
I just closed my Amazon account, and all the many add ons.
As a loyal customer, my purchases averaged over $1,000 Monthly.
Today i found Amazon has been making unauthorized charges on my Amazon Visa. In addition, my orders have been short or charged for wrong item.
The 4 different employees were not knowledgeable or kind. Said they couldn't help and I had to wait for an email in a week. Iam done, over it, and ending the theft once and for all. I can't help you either.
Really hate them
Really hate them, nothing is ever easy with this company.
I am disappointed this year in prime…
I am disappointed this year in prime videos Normally I can watch a lot of the Halloween movies but this year There's nothing good. I pay a yearly subscription to get good movies but lately I’ve been able to watch more on Tubi thinking about not subscribing next year.
amazon prime is very good imo
amazon prime is very good imo, especially the movies, and with me not having a tv licence it's something to watch when I'm not doing other stuff online and it's cheaper than buying a tv licence to watch the crap that's on tv nowadays, also I've never had a problem with delivery other than some drivers being miserable but I guess they take a lot of stick from a lot of customers. it also saves you a lot of delivery cost if you shop quite a lot so yeah I'm happy with prime.
Constantly have delayed packages…
Constantly have delayed packages offered with overnight or 2 day prime delivery. CONSTANTLY is an understatement. If YOU DO NOT have said merchandise in YOUR FACTORY and are depending on an outside vendor to deliver, DO NOT OFFER IT ON PRIME WITH OVERNIGHT OR 2 DAY DELIVERY
POS...
My TV broke I ordered a 'Renwed' fire TV onn Vizio brand. Amazon pushed back delivery by 2 days. The box itself was poorly taped up. I complained and they said they would replace it. They said don't worry about printing shipping label and gave no instructions. I attempted to setup the TV as mine was not working... After finally allowing it to connect and update it was requiring that I give them a credit card and set up a Walmart account before I could even get to fire stick and prime service. I packed it up cancelled the replacement and set up a pickup for the TV. When you already have a service you should not have to share with a third party for the service you already pay for.
original prime member.
I originally started prime back in 2016 WHEN 2 TWO DAY DELIVERY MEANT EXACTLY THAT.. what am I paying for in 2026? “Delayed in transit” almost every single order? “Damaged or lost items” with little to no resolution?
EVEN ON THE ORDERS I PAY SAME DAY FOR they are CONSTANTLY DELAYED….
NO REFUND ON THE EXTRA (PAID) FEES? NOTHING?
The new CEO has royally messed this company up with fees for already paying customers and delays, Ad’s and additional add on services too…
At this point eBay is more reliable on delivery times than Amazon… and streaming with free services like tubi even with ads makes more sense with better selections of movies and shows that give you the same experience as streaming with prime paid service…
Amazon Allows their Agents to Lie to Customers
They allow their associates to lie. Amazon seems to be going down hill. I chatted with an associate yesterday who promised compensation and some months refund on my Prime membership. When none of it arrived I contacted them again. They said the compensation was not allowed. So the associate lied. Not only that, a few months back, we got an Amazon salad that contained a snail, which I found in my mouth. They did very little about it. It should have been escalated to health and safety but it never got that far. I ran out of time -- which is doubtless, what they hoped for.
Someone Else's Order
This morning I received what I thought was a pair of ear buds I'd purchased, but when I picked up the box, it was large and extremely heavy. Inside were a dozen books which I did not order. They are sending me a label to return the books. However, I think they should come and pick them up. Why should I have to schlepp them to the UPS store - this is their mistake, not mine. Now he's ordered the ear buds to replace the books, but they won't arrive until December 6th. WHAT?? If this is a portent of things to come with Amazon, I will stop ordering from them. I was always able to rely on quick and accurate service with Amazon. If that changes they will be losing my business. And it would be so great if they had customer service reps who actually speak English well enough to be understood. I had to have him repeat a lot and there is still a lot I didn't understand but I didn't say anything. So I guess I'm getting a refund and since one of the items was a "subscribe and save" I figured they'd simply send me another, but no, according to this guy I'll have to go in and order again. Ridiculous. I am not happy and totally disappointed in Amazon. I don't want to have to call them again, it's way too frustrating. I am very old and have no time for this nonsense.
