Though everything has arrived exactly as I've ordered, I'm really furious with company's delivery policy. It's pay to the legal entity in Germany, the parcel arrives from Netherlands and still they charge me 10 euros for delivery (it used to be zero!) claiming that there're charges for delivering to Europe. As far as I see everything from payment to delivery was handled in Europe. That's probably the point where I'll say goody to cult beauty, because this is absolute cheating and just taking advantage of your clients using the laws which do not apply to the situation as an excuse. Shame on you!

Only because of the high delivery charges I give only 3 stars. I do not need fast delivery but less expensive one.

I have placed an order there, including one perfume in your system. Let me do it. When at the same time for other items, it says that it cannot be shipped Therefore, I have to remove them from my basket.
After the discount, I have paid €66.24 for that item, however, when you told me that you were unable to send it over and that you’re gonna refund me about it when your refund arrived was only €56.24. Even though I’ve sent you the proof and the statement of the bank, you still have not returned the €10 back to me. It is like you have stolen me €10 from my pocket for your mistake. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and found it to be fraud.

I placed my Order and after that i wanted to cancel it I contacted the customer service and they told me that there is no trans canceling the order. The other one told me that when it’s dispatched we can cancel it. To everyone is talking something else there is no clear rules for this.

Moreover, when I placed the order, the shipping cost was very high. I thought that the shipment will be coming straight from Britain. But when I saw the shipping label. It says that it was shipped from the Hague, which means that the cost of the shipping is crazy because it is in Europe, and that drove me to a decision that I will not order anything from your website. Nothing is clear shipping costs are very high, although it’s in Europe.

The package arrived very quickly. The products are as described, fantastic.

I'm a little disappointed that now I have to pay for shipping no matter the value of the order or my Cult status. :( I miss the old free shipping days... Generally, I love buying at Cult Beauty. They have an amazing range of products, they pack everything well, and the shipping is okay; it takes approximately 10 working days to arrive.

You canceled my order without telling me
You didn’t refund my money it’s mean that you stolen my money

It took very long until I got my order in the system and when that happened then one of my items was canceled.

Offer free shipping to your loyal customers especially those who hold a silver or gold membership

Nothing was correct. I have selected 2 perfumes one of which was rejected only after the stage of payment, i understand that can be some reasons not ship but can be stated earlier stage. Nevertheless the other one went OK and paid. I received confirmation email that the perfume is about to be shipped then after couple of days I received a cancelation email stating that there is a shipping issue in the region which is absolutely not correct as I personally work in shipping and I know things. Now I have to wait for refund. If this was said beforehand I won't made that purchase. Anyway I don't see anything happened can be called professional from such big company.

I’m very happy with my experience! I ordered the Medik8 Crystal Retinal 6 and it arrived in just 3 days. The delivery was incredibly fast, and I also found the prices on Cult Beauty to be very competitive. I’ll definitely order from them again!
