Ordering process feels smooth, Fulfilment not
Ordering process feels smooth, but the problems begin with the order fulfilment companies.
The first company selected, accepted the order immediately but cancelled it 7 days afterwards, with the reason that the price calculated by CraftCloud would be way too cheap. A lot of time loss, a lot of frustration.
Second company accepted i also immediately, but then after 2 weeks close to the delivery date said it was unprintable. First time ordering something 3D printed, but a lot of experience with self-owned printers (Prusa i3, BambuLab, SLA) and there the Model printed flawless in multi-colour with support. It seems like the company didn’t want to print it with supports and therefore said it would be impossible to print. At the end they printed it in one color in a decent quality and shipped it with a discount.
Regarding CraftCloud, none of this specifically is there fault, but overall it felt not very good, as the process to handover from the platform to the fulfilling company doesn’t seem to work well.

print quality was terrible
print quality was terrible - I was warned that there might be marks from support removal (which is fine), but there are signs of missing print density and few places are *completely* warped, to the point that they are unusable - e.g. one flat surface that should be roughly square, has rounded edge (instead of straight) and the surface itself is ~1mm out of flat (with ~2mm thickness)

Great template for my Beretta 1301 mod 2 shot shell card.
The template I purchased from CraftCould was just what I needed for my Beretta 1301 shotgun's esstac shell card. I'm a little OCD so it was nice being able to outline the exact shape needed for the receiver.

Worked great! I had both a CNC machined aluminum piece and a simple titanium 3D printed bracket made. Throughout the process, the manufacturer communicated clearly about any changes which the design might need. The CNC flange met my expectations, and the 3D printed metal piece absolutely exceeded them! The quality on both was great, and I will definitely be returning to craftcloud again. The price was much lower than other options and the items shipped relatively quick(some time is to be expected for one-off parts).

Pieces were thicker than spec
Pieces were too thick and had to be sanded to spec. No communication regarding this. Quality fine, speed good, price high.
