Waiting for ages for payouts
30 days from sale of design and only payouts every 15 days, and then waiting up to 3 business after a payout request, wonder how much they're making on interest earned for holding your money. And they earn a commission on your designs as well.

1 star is too much really, they changed they pay-out system, PayPal worked just fine now hyperwallet you'll be lucky to get your money after selling its all just a big scam nothing arrives in the bank and all customer service says is to contact my bank??? The issue is them not the bank its all a fraud. Best thing is don't sell on this site or like me i have just added £100 to all my models so they wont sell or if they do its money worth chasing through solicitors.

A designer is being hosted on this platform called AZINKEY and is selling models that claim to be ready to slice and print. These models are far from ready; they are full of holes, manifold edges and unfixable. After attempting to contact cults3D, I received no reply; they have been no help whatsoever. He has changed the page associated with the model I purchased, lowered the price, and changed the colour of the model, so the original is no longer available. Dozens of people have attempted to contact him about different models, all facing the same problems. People need to be aware of this scammer who is making a fortune from selling these unprintable designs. I supplied all of the evidence he asked for, and yet nothing was done to help. Cults are a waste of space; they’ve taken their cut from the sale and would lose a lot if they had to return the payment to everyone who has bought files from this scammer.

I hate how it so hard to log in to my account and isn't taking my password or Email right!

I am a Senior 3D Artist with over 11 years of experience, specializing in hyper-realistic footwear models. I recently discovered that 5 different users have stolen nearly 40 of my original 3D models and are selling them on Cults3D.
When I contacted their support to report this blatant theft, the response was shocking. They told me to 'contact the thieves myself' to resolve the issue—basically encouraging me to negotiate with criminals. When I pushed further, they hid behind bureaucratic excuses, demanding I provide a license from Nike, completely ignoring the fact that my work is original 3D artistry and falls under fan-art/digital modeling.
They are effectively monetizing stolen labor and acting as a hub for art thieves. They make it impossible for legitimate artists to protect their work while actively profiting from copyright infringement. They do not care about the creator; they only care about their transaction fees.
If you are an artist, stay away from Cults3D. They don't respect intellectual property, and they will leave you on your own when your hard work is stolen by others on their platform. This is not a marketplace for artists; it is a safe haven for intellectual property thieves

Cults support dont want help you if you cant download any thing they blame your side even if you tried reset browser or pc or router for me nothing helps and still blaming and no support from ther side

Its not safe to sell something. The App does not let me in to manage my sells. The authentification does not work and the money is lost. Its a scam side. I will delete my Account.

Not the best, but they take the smallest cut at 20% - only half of CGTrader (at 40%)

They closed my seller store and kept my money. They are in France, I think they can by-pass most international fraud laws that way.

I am a seller on Cults3D and unfortunately my experience with the payout system has been extremely frustrating.

For more than one month I have been trying to resolve a problem with my payouts through Hyperwallet. The activation email required to create my payout account never arrives, which means I cannot access the Pay Portal and cannot withdraw my earnings.

During this time I have followed all the instructions provided: checking spam folders, searching for Hyperwallet emails, attempting the password reset option, and contacting support multiple times.

I also contacted Hyperwallet directly, but they informed me that they can only assist after the Pay Portal account is activated. Since the activation email never arrives, I am completely blocked and unable to access my funds.

At this moment my earnings remain locked in the platform and the issue has still not been resolved despite repeated attempts to contact support.

I hope the Cults3D team can finally review my case and provide a concrete solution, as sellers should be able to access their earnings without facing this kind of prolonged technical issue.

Bought a model from the website, got my bank card blocked because the bank saw a suspicious monthly subscription although I did a single purchase of a model.
I guess the security is non existent on this website.

Got my design copied a few days later after uploading under Personal Use Only/PU and Reported, no response and nothing has happened yet. If you want to spend your time making a a bit of side money this isn't the place. Also many people clearly uploading AI Models without labelling it as so.

I used Cults3d for four years and suddenly lost access to my account. I still had payments I received on that account. I decided to create another one with a different email address, and hours later, I was completely banned from accessing the site. No explanation given. I don't recommend this site to any 3D artist in the world. Stay away!

Dirty owners i used ai generated files with info i used uploaded and they banned from the site

I have been using Cults3D for over 4 years, and love it. They made some changes that improved the site.

Had all my 3d models stolen from…

Had all my 3d models stolen from sketchfab site and now sold on Cult3d, reported it to both sites, Sketchfab offered to reset my password! 20 years work stolen in seconds. Cults are refusing to compare my models that I uploaded to Sketchfab to the one on Cults3d site

For me Cults3D is a trusty web site, friendly and usualy all the designer are well spoken and kind people who attend very well the costumer / Para mi, Cults3D es una web confiable, amistosa y usualmente sus diseñadores son personas confiables y amables que atienen amistosamente a sus clientes.
