Buyer Beware - Dont even consider dealing with this company. Booked a return flight, soon after I received a call telling me that they couldnt supply the flight at the price I paid and was told I need to pay another $600-$700 to secure the flights, I asked for a full refund...which they confirmed they could do, and refund received within 3 days . I believe that this company engages in bait advertising and the flights/prices that they advertise where never avaialbe!

I had a really positive experience booking with cheapflights and customer service was truly excellent. I sent an email asking if i could choose my seat and Sam was very helpful and proffessinal, checking me in and giving me the seats i requested.

Be ware of cheap fly shop. I am so stressed at the moment. I booked a return flight through this website yesterday. i received a call today from Asif, explaining the booking did not include bags and part of the flight is not available. He suggested i have to pay additional A$900 for another airline ticket with luggage. I wanted to cancel my flight but i was told thats not possible. I requested to speak to his manager. Later Salim called me as his supervisor. He told me my money will be returned after 2 weeks but also offered another airline ticket with additional A$500 and very different to what i booked. I refused to pay and requested for cancellation . But he said they can’t cancel. This is extremely frustrating. Salim has told me money will be returned after 2 weeks if they can’t give us the ticket. I am now stuck with my money and unable to buy my ticket from elsewhere. Very disappointed with this company website. Be careful about their low price advertisements.i am hoping my money will be returned as i have worked very hard to earn this money!

This is a click bait company, making customer book showing low flight prices, later a representative will call saying your flight has some missing essential or couldnt be booked and asking to pay additonal sum, customer is stuck in this situation and they would not refund or if there is cancellation from their side it wont be until the travel date making it difficult to book elsewhere and witnessing the costs going up. Pls dont get scammed, go for trusted agencies .
