Good and user friendly

Straight forward and easy

The website was easy to navigate and understand when purchasing the ticket. Price also competetive.

Was quick and easy to book everything. Add-ons were clearly marked.

Had flight booked for two people. One had to take an earlier flight and could not move the booked flight. Fair enough as we did take the cheapest option. However I took travel insurance during the booking from their own insurance agents that covers against missed flights due to illness. All you need is a no show letter for that flight. Which Aunt Betty refuses to give as the 'flight has departed' . What a joke. Will never use again

Absolutely ridiculous! Take my money, no booking confirmation and then say I have to wait up to 48hrs to receive my money back - what a joke!!

Whilst all was ok with the general booking, as soon as there was a problem that need to be rectified, I got told over and over that an email had been sent to the airline, but it wasn't the correct procedure, so at the last minute had to spend an enormous amount of hours on the phone as well as going via Linkedin, to get the issue resolved, which by that point was far more expensive than it should have been.
I've booked through Aunt Betty & BYO Jet a few times now, but will never do this again. It's just not worth the risk and the giant headache and cost that would've been cheaper to just go through the proper airline in the first place (especially when I booked nearly 12 months prior at the cheapest point). Very very unhappy.
