No man is perfect

No man is perfect, it was a nice experience dealing with check24 car leasing. The communications were regularly perfect and helpful.
The car was delivered before the appointed date. With good response and communications are perfect too.

Smooth leasing process for my BMW 330e

Avoid this company

Unscrupulous people who don't answer the phone. I had several problems after buying a car from them, but they didn't solve any of them. Their review system does not allow me to report the issues, so I will just say that I cannot register the car in my name. Until the issues are resolved, I remain of the opinion that this company should be avoided.

First of all, we would like to clearly state that we strongly reject any implication of improper conduct. A vehicle being flagged in a police system — especially in connection with license plates — is a serious matter that requires formal clarification through the appropriate authorities. Such entries cannot simply be “removed” by a phone call; they require official verification and coordination with the responsible registration office and police department.

If there has been an issue related to previously assigned license plates, this is typically an administrative matter that must be resolved with documentation through the competent authority. We are, of course, prepared to support any legitimate clarification process by providing the necessary sales documents and ownership confirmation.

We regret if you experienced difficulties reaching us. This does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. However, public accusations and generalizations do not help resolve what appears to be a complex administrative issue.

We kindly ask you to send us your contract number and current contact details at feedback@checkcars24.de with the subject line “Trustpilot – Urgent International Registration Issue.” We are willing to review the case immediately and cooperate within the legal framework to help clarify the situation.

BE AWARE

BE AWARE! It's been a month since we bought a car from this company. We are from a different country, and the car came by truck. When it arrived, a mandatory document for the registration was missing!! Without this document we cannot register this car in our country! We tried calling, e-mails, messages, NO ONE REPLIES. After finally someone answering from their websites form, the only reply was that the missing document might have been held by the registration office in germany, and then they completely ghosted us again and no one is willing to help.
We sent a letter from our lawyer and we are still waiting for a reply, no one returned until today.
We have already tried all the contact options, from the form on the website (we submitted this issue multiple times), calling the number on the website (it rings until the call drops on it's own), E-mails, WhatsApp, everything.

Worst customer handling

Like the most bad reviews said they will literally keep you busy contacting until you book a car with them. afterwards they literally abscond, I had a lease agreement signed. They said the car which I chose is faulty and suggested another car . meanwhile upon reading the contract terms, it was residual value leasing where the residual value is almost same as actual current price(i.e. approx 300 EUR lesser) . So I decided to cancel the contract in the thought better to buy rather than lease and sent email on 14th Nov 2025 for leasing cancellation. Even after multiple follow-ups they were least bothered to acknowledge or reply when i posted the review on 01/12/2025 i.e. on 04/12/2025, i got the confirmation of my leasing contract cancellation with information that any further deposit paid will be refunded . The same day of the confirmation receipt, i have asked them how long it will take to refund but received no reply for that. My review was then taken down as defaming . I have now sent multiple follow-up on refund of my delivery fees still no reply once in 40 times luckily i got connected on phone but they asked two days time and afterwards unable to reach them I was trying to be polite but these things are creating unnecessary stress for me. Very pathetic customer service till now no answer yet . false promises that will be solved within a week etc and multiple emails and calls they are least bothered and do not respond at all
Updated today i'm awaiting my refund since their last communication on 4th Dec 2025 tens of emails sent and hundreds of times tried calling there's no way to reach them.
Update : finally after multiple follow-ups finally it was refunded on 10th Feb 2026
