The staff at the Zurichvshop was lovely. Helped me in my decision. I like my vincent sofa for my balcony very much. The only issue i had was that the one of the coffee table leg came broken and can not be replaced before spring 2027 which seems like a long time. On the positive side they answered to my complaint immediately and was also very nice.

Alright sofas
bought two sofas from them two years ago. The experience was fine.
The price sits just above IKEA. The quality does too. Nothing premium, nothing cheap.
The design is the real reason to buy. The sofas look good. Most shops get that part wrong.
I wish they ran a buy-back programme. Sell it back for half price, or less. That alone would change things.
But I would not buy from them again.

Excellent quality
The shop experience was great, only when the girl approached us.
We came to the store specifically from Geneva and wanted to check the quality in person. The boy in the store barely gave us attention and only when we approached him (we were already in the store 30') he just showed us the computers and the online website.
Then we were finally approached by a very professional and friendly girl (who I believe came back from her lunch break) to finally help us decide which couch we want, she explained the process and gave us the fabric samples we liked. She was excellent! And that is why we bought the couch directly from the store. The couch arrived in great packaging, excellent communication with the delivery company, and so far we really love the quality.

Quality is very good for the price range but delivery service leaves room for improvement, very bad communication. Overall good experience, would buy from them again.

Disappointed Twice: Poor Quality Sofa That Doesn't Last
My partner and I cannot recommend the SofaCompany products at all. Our Vivica couch developed sagging and indentations after just three months of light use. We are both working professionals and only use the sofa in the evenings for 1–2 hours per day. No guests have ever slept on it.
We filed a complaint, and the company replaced the couch with a new one. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again — after three months, the replacement also developed sagging just like the first one.
