Generally, a good experience.
The only thing I had issues with was last week, I put an item in my cart and the price changed by the time I went to check out on the same day. I emailed customer service and even though I had a screenshot of the price on the item, the cart price showed a different price. They did not honor the lower price. I'm disappointed in the customer service response when a screenshot is shown and their website shows one price, but the cart shows a different price. I didn't purchase that item because it was frustrating, and went to a different shop for it.
However, I have placed many orders with this company and have been happy with the quality. Let's see how this purchase goes with two tables I just ordered.

Found the product I wanted and decided to join as a member for 10% rabatt, but I can't apply the rabatt and the stupid newsletter won't let me unsubscribe. Too bad, nice site with good products, but the overall customer experience sucks
