Moebel1.ch gets it's supplies from…
Moebel1.ch gets it's supplies from Rapili furniture manufacture. Rapili has problems because it is very difficult to provide products without some missing parts when hundreds of pieces are necessary to assemble a product. So, that's one problem. Another problem is that the assembly instructions are often incorrect. Good luck trying to adjust the springs that raise the bed to the upright position. The wall bed is just a disaster. You're lucky if it doesn't fall on you during assembly. I don't believe the good reviews on this site for Moebel1.ch. I believe they are not legitimate.
Moebel1.ch can't deliver missing parts from Rapili as well as Amazon or Galaxus.ch who use fast shipping methods. Galaxus.ch can deliver your missing parts in 7 days. While Moebel1 delivers missing parts in four weeks because they only have one delivery truck with two delivery men who don't even know how to use GPS navigation and they refuse to use Swiss Post, DPD Fedex, etc.
I know because three times I was a victim of Moebel1's catastrophic inadequacy. When I received the parts, 4 weeks later, that were missing with the original order – it was also missing a part. Unbelievable!

Best Quity furniture but Assembly process can improce
I liked the quality of the bed delivered. On time delivery. But we had to wait for 3 weeks before we could get it assembled. We called the customer care. They helped to schedule the assembly but kept getting postponed. The website needs to have assembly option that schedules an appointments for assembly too for better service. It was not a great experience
