I was very skeptical at first when cars24 reached out to buy my car off car sales. You never know, so I did a little research and decided to proceed with them.
They proved to be very professional and efficient with every process. The online inspection was very well conducted and a breeze to work through. Everyone I have dealt with has been very polite and professional and offered their.assistance every step of the way.
The offer they gave for my car was very fair and they did not reduce the offer once they saw the quality and low mileage on my car.
Now I have used them I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a car quickly and easily. The ease and convenience in the end was well worth avoiding the hassle of road worthy inspections and every tyre kicker in town coming to haggle about the price.
If you are unsure about using cars24, all I can say is I hope this review puts your mind at rest.

Beware!! Absolutely do not buy a vehicle from this dealership.
1. There are hidden charges (dealership fees) that they do not use in their price match guarantee. They do not negotiate whatsoever.
2. they unregister the vehicles to make money from the remaining rego and green slip and hit you with that unnecessary cost (unethical practice).
3. there is no one to call or speak to (you get a call centre).
4. I picked up my vehicle - it hadn’t been washed, vacuumed or wiped.It had a huge bird poo. Even though they had 2 days to detail the car, the detailers don’t work past 3pm which was a coincidence given I picked up the car at 3.30pm. They said they would send a Detailer to my house but 2 days later and I still did not receive a call from the Detailer
5. The car is parked outside and dirty, so expect a car with ant infestation

I was originally a little unsure about selling our car with Cars24 but after being guided by Jay, I understood what was required. Jay was professional, patient and got me a good price for our car. Jay's communication throughout the process was clear, keeping me upto date along the way - settling my nerves. It was a fast process and we are happy with the outcome.

What an amazing experience from start to finish!

From the initial test drive, right through to purchasing our Cupra, the entire team at CARS24 made the process easy, professional and stress free.

Shortly after purchasing the car, we experienced an existing issue with the parking sensors. We contacted CARS24 straight away and they couldn't have been more helpful. Their mechanics recommended we take the vehicle to Cupra to ensure the manufacturer's warranty wasn't affected. It turned out the issue was caused by external damage, so it wasn't covered under the manufacturer's warranty and we had to pay for the repairs ourselves.

The best part was how CARS24 handled it. They reviewed everything and reimbursed us without any hassle. They stood behind the vehicle and made the whole process smooth and straightforward.

Do not purchase a vehicle thru Cars24. Different information from different people. No customer service. Purchased a vehicle 6 weeks ago and transfer of registration still not completed.

Absolute waste of time - don't bother.

After contacting me multiple times to buy my car, I finally agreed to a virtual inspection. Upon the first inspection they wanted me to get the next service done before continuing (wasn't due for 1500km yet), I agreed, went and did it, booked another virtual inspection, went through that, only to be told later that day that they were not satisfied with the service records (which are complete, all within recommended Subaru KM/timelines). Also decided that my last service didn't count - absolute waste of time dealing with this group - don't recommend at all.
