I had a very good experience dealing with Ansh from Cars 24. The whole process was extremely easy and quick. From the time I decided to take Ansh’s offer, to the time the funds where in my account took less than 24hours. I was happy with the deal and would highly recommend them to anyone selling their car. I was really impressed that they let me cancel my car registration and get it refunded as I had just paid a full year. I don’t think many companies would have told me that.

Very good service

The company was good to work with regarding communication & did what they say they would do. They paid $200 less than what they offered as they said we can get funds back from canceling registration which is what we did.
It was multiple people we spoke to at each stage of process which they did well but would be good to speak with same person. Overall they were efficient & quick response times. Can’t complain they gave more than other car yards offered & took the stress out of the private sale process.

Process was great. Dealing with the team I was informed. From start to finish it was smooth, fast and efficient.

My Experience with Cars24

I was initially a little hesitant about selling my car through Cars24, but Vansh and Harshal explained the process to me in detail and answered all my questions. They offered me a very reasonable price for my very low-mileage BYD Atto 3, which gave me confidence to proceed.

They scheduled an online inspection, and once they were satisfied with the condition of my car, I submitted all the necessary documents. After the documents were verified, they paid the initial deposit the very next day. Within a few days, they paid the remaining purchase amount and arranged for a truck to pick up my car.

The entire process was incredibly fast, convenient, and stress-free, especially because everything was handled online. I honestly never thought selling a car could be this easy while still receiving a reasonable price.

Whenever I needed clarification, there was always someone available to take my call and assist me. Vansh and Harshal supported me throughout the entire process, right up until my car was picked up.

I highly recommend Cars24 to anyone looking to sell or purchase a car at a reasonable price. My experience was excellent, and the whole process was much easier than I expected.

Sold our Tiguan to Cars24 after advertising on Carsales. Process was quick and smooth. Because the car was relatively new, a video and specific photos was sufficient for them to accept the condition as described. They promptly paid a deposit, followed by the balance the day before I dropped the car off (they arrange pick up from your home as well, but we opted to drop it off as the depot is close to our home). Bhuvnesh and Himani were prompt and efficient to deal with.

I was wary at first of using a company like Cars24 to sell my car, but the whole experience was very positive. Their initial offer was acceptable, but I expected their price to come down a lot after the virtual inspection, and it did. However, we eventually agreed on a mutually acceptable sale price and the process after that went very smoothly. They were professional the whole time. I would definitely use them again. Recommended

I had an amazing experience recently with Warranty & Aftercare Team at Cars24. Emma in particularly was amazing! She was very quick with her responses and knew exactly what was needed to see the claim through in record time!

Great that my sale was handled by Vineet..I was concerned talking to others from the company as I couldn’t understand them well but Vineet put me at ease and the end result is car sold and paid for (the day prior to pickup)and money available instantly.No waiting for clearance.Simply took plates off for refund and truck took car away.Very clean and hassle free way to sell.
