I ordered their Candice ring with a custom orientation, and one of the things I particularly appreciated was the ability to choose my own diamond, it seems to be quite a rare option among European jewelers.

Amazing diamond! We were looking a very specific and hard to get diamond - champagne color approx 2ct. We found it only on Carateu. As the company didn’t have many reviews we were a bit stressed but all worked well! ♥️ communication was very smooth. We got a real video of diamond. Shipment was fast. I found Carateu through Reddit while i was searching for a diamond to make a ring. Raiha made the whole procedure as easy as it can be and i felt i was in the right hands from the start! I was a bit overwhellmed at first as i was not sure what to look exactly. They asked for all the details i was looking and presented me with their best product they could offer in my budget. That for me is a 10/10 customer service. They also provided me with more photos and videos when requested, which was greatly apreciated and the shipping was fast and w/o any problems. Prices are a big plus also as they seem to be as competitive as posible to EU region, All in all this was fast,easy and great experiance and i highly recomend to choose them for your next diamond purchase.

I ordered a diamond and it arrived exactly as described, in perfect condition and well packaged. Unfortunatelly I had to send the diamond back due to personal changes. However I would like to emphasize, that also the refund process worked out very smooth!
