Vehicle accident
This is the 2nd time now, that I have dealt with Car Call. Both times I have had positive experiences. I have found them professional and have a nothing is too much trouble attitude. All aspects of the claim, were acted on quickly.

After our no fault accident we contacted Car Call who supported us every step of the way to get our car fixed. They arranged for us to have a hire car within 24 hours. All the staff I came across whether from the claims side, the car hire staff and the mechanical engineers were all polite and attentive.
Most importantly they got my payout quickly and efficiently

Excellent motor claims support
Car Call were recommended to us by a local repair company and I’m so glad we used them. We didn’t have to go through our insurance, which made everything much easier. They arranged a hire car straight away and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend their service.
