I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews, but I’m so glad I gave CopyKrea a try☺️ I ordered photos in different sizes, and the print quality and colours are beautiful. Everything turned out exactly as I wanted.

And of course the price is amazing—especially compared to photo printing companies in the UK. Really happy with my order😊

I was afraid because of the other negative reviews, but for me it was extremly good quality and fast delivery 3 times. I was ordering to another european country, so I don't know about overseas.

I had no issues with this company. The shipping was very sufficient, and the packaging was sturdy. The quality of the booklets is amazing. Displayed exactly how I asked. Will definitely be printing with them again!!

Unavailable costumer service and poor service when problems encountered. Embarrasing!

Avoid using it. The InPost service they rely on will mess up the whole delivery.

I found the website much cheaper and easier to use than the competitors. I didn't want to use it due to the reviews, but everything went very smoothly.

4 stars only because it took an extra week (2 weeks in total) to have my order delivered. Today I received my parcel and the copies were great quality and the binding too! So, it's a great service if you are not in a hurry. Plan ahead and consider it could take a few weeks for the order to be delivered if you select the standard shipment option.

Finally arrived after 14-days and several emails. The prints were fine, but the delivery time was far from advertised.

Good price (less then half price of local providers), good print and finish quality.
Only downside is a bit longer delivery time, in my case around 2 weeks. But I'm not in hurry so I'm fine with it.

I never received my order because the delivery was attempted without any notice. The package was returned, yet the company insisted it was “delivered” even though it only reached a return facility. They then demanded extra payment to resend it, despite it clearly not being my fault. Very unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable service. Do NOT buy from this site.

Good Quality, good price, simple transaction. They could even handle 300 + pages. Fedex took their time for delivery, but my order arrived in pristine condition

I ordered from Copykrea to have some college textbooks printed from PDFs. I later saw all the negative reviews and got very worried that it would be a scam. However, I received my prints today and everything seems to be great. Good quality paper and binding. I’m happy with it for such a great price and saved me a ton of money because the cost of shipping the books from the US was ridiculous. I paid extra for the 1-2 day delivery, but it took 4 days, so a slight delay. However, it still came very quickly so I decided not to deduct any stars.

I’m usually quite lazy about writing reviews, however, I thought I would give them a boost in reviews, because they did a great job.

3 separate orders delivered unfit for purpose. On borders missing on one side, corners of certificates bent and creased, edges not cleanly cut - looks like they have been ripped. Unsatisfactory support online. No phone support

Delivered something else than what I ordered. Refused to refund. It has now been a month of e-mails and despite me pointing out that it is illegal, still no refund. Pretty sure the employee does not speak english (they sent several messages in another language they forgot to translate - neither English nor Danish) but refused to pass me on to an an employee who does.

I had a terrible experience with this supplier. Despite placing a custom order well in advance, they failed to deliver by Christmas (ordered on 1.12.2024 delivered on 09.01.2025). Their communication was unprofessional—ignoring my requests for updates of the order and refusing to provide direct contact with a manager. When I asked to cancel due to the delay, they disregarded my instructions and shipped the the late order anyway. Their dismissive attitude and unwillingness to offer a fair resolution show a complete lack of customer care. Had to do the prints localy for 5x higher price not to ruin Christmas, and only thing I have got for this is late shipped package I dind need anymore - an % discount from their margin, keeping their cost coverend, regardless problems caused.

Made an order on the 28th of november, as per today 24th december never arrived. I could never access my order during all this time since my order page on the website was blank.
Ask for a refund they say that because it is a personalized product they cannot refud. Will proceed to authorities with this. Don't order. It is a SCAM.

Don't be fooled by the .ie or other non French domain. This is a French company and service will be very slow in other regions. In my case I waited 19 days for my order to print and then requested a refund. They provided this, hence two stars instad of one.

my last order close to 100 Eur never arrived. The company says (once they reacted), that my address was incorrect (this cant be as they delivered previously just fine). I asked them for a new mailing, this is not possible unless i pay again.(?). Order can not be refunded either. I cant pick it up myself either as they are in Spain.
