4 stars only because it took an extra week (2 weeks in total) to have my order delivered. Today I received my parcel and the copies were great quality and the binding too! So, it's a great service if you are not in a hurry. Plan ahead and consider it could take a few weeks for the order to be delivered if you select the standard shipment option.

Ho avuto il piacere di parlare con Zorka al telefono ed è stata molto gentile ed esaustiva. Mi ha letteralmente guidato passo per passo nel compilare una fattura per un nuovo cliente e mi ha fornito diverse informazioni utili, spiegandomi anche cose che non sapevo. Molto gentile e rassicurante.
