Do not trust the shipping dates

I chose this because I needed to print notes urgently while on holiday. My package was supposed to arrive on August 20th, ordered 6 days before. I only received a confirmation email 2 days after I ordered and paid, and then the website's tracking of my package did not work. I messaged the company and only received an answer 3 days later, and an unhelpful one at that. My package arrived today, 9 days late, after I've already left the country, and thus cannot pick it up.
