Today, I switched my current mobile contract online via my customer account from a more expensive plan to a cheaper one with a lifetime discount. It’ll be activated the next day. That’s what I call fair treatment of existing customers.

Unable get through this company seem close most of time un reablie very poor customer service
Billing over charged confirmation close and no further payment due

We called the customer service.
The gentleman was extremely kind, helpful and efficient.
He took the time to stay on the phone while we were completing the registration process that we didn't complete before.
5 minutes after we finished our call, our card was activated and fully functional !
What a service !

12 days on and still waiting for a physical sim to arrive ?????????

Absolutely diabolical service... ZERO response back from emails yet no doubt they will expect payment when my bill is due and if I don't pay due to this issue that is their fault I'll be put upon the blacklist of none payment or bad payers

Unfortunately I was sent a useless QR code that didn’t work in order to activate my new sim. The customer service representative merely said he can send me a new one which will take 2 days and can’t do anything about it. Meanwhile I am left without a working phone. Terrible system and service very disappointing

Bought the Surf Package 1500 for 14.90 Frs , after few minutes my crédit has gone !

I've bought SURF - 1500 then 379.01 MB download and 818.96 MB upload had gone in few minutes ??? I was just doing a speed test !

I use the sim for just 1 month, at the said rate of £13 unlimited calls and text. Then got a bill for £39+, I called them, and was told that someone had made a mistake and I would be refunded £19. I never received the refund.
