Hello, we're sorry this was not the outcome you expected. Firstly, we only work with US-based businesses, as for your claim we have stated in our Return Policy that all sales are final. Despite this, you have been provided the opportunity to return your order as outlined the procedure: 'The customer agrees to pay the return shipping costs on ALL returns, regardless of the reason. We offer heavily discounted shipping rates on all outgoing shipments based on this agreement. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance'.
Again we apologize for your experience, while mistakes in wholesale & liquidation can happen, we have provided you with a resolution in accordance with our publically available policy on the platform.
The sales reps are not professional
The sales reps are not professional for both of their locations, don't return messages (I have many unreturned), and seem to be only concern with making a sale off of you. Instead of the company having someone spend their time floating around review sites to ensure they get more customers, they should spend it correcting their sales/customer service team or lack there of. There is no accountabiity when dealing with the site/company if you encounter issues.
