I buy from many liquidation vendors (B-Stock, Macy’s, Costco, Target, Amazon, etc.), but LOD stands out as the best in both product quality and customer service. I made 3 orders – and every single one turned into a disaster.
• In my very first order, instead of a phone I received two (!) pieces of plastic in a giant box. On the plastic bag with this “surprise” there was proudly stuck a smartphone label. A prank? Maybe. Funny? Not really.
• Every time I requested delivery to the backyard (not left on the porch). Of course, that was completely ignored. Packages ended up with random neighbors, some were even opened, and I had to check my cameras and then chase down my “already unboxed gifts.”
• Customer support? Let’s call it imaginary, because in real life it simply doesn’t exist. Registering took forever, but meanwhile my inbox was flooded with spam like clockwork.

Pricing. “Wholesale”? Nice try. In reality, their “wholesale” is higher than regular retail on eBay or Amazon. Product descriptions are vague and misleading. In their WhatsApp group prices look attractive, but once you click the link – surprise! – the actual price is much higher. Classic bait-and-switch.

The peak of the iceberg. They shipped me items described as “brand new.” In reality? Completely dead. Of course, they didn’t work. The result: a claim, ruined seller reputation, and wasted nerves.

And then came the real “gentleman move.” They tried to force me to pay return shipping for this defective junk! Yes, seriously: I got a claim because of their defective product, and on top of that I was supposed to ship back a huge and heavy box at my own expense. Bravo! True business aristocrats. Luckily, I decided to test the rest of the items (I bought 9 units of the same product) – none of them even powered on. Imagine if I had shipped them all to customers!

After a long and exhausting back-and-forth, they finally refunded me. They let me keep the broken garbage (which, of course, I don’t need), and then – surprise again – they blocked my account. And you know what? That’s actually perfect. Because dealing with a company like this is worse than just losing money.

I even offered to bring this defective junk in person to their warehouse in Linden, NJ (I live in Jersey City, just next door). But no – they insisted I should pay shipping for the giant useless package. Draw your own conclusions.

Businesses like this, with clueless support and shady policies, should be avoided at all costs.

I deleted my previous reviews. I will attempt to go to Jersey to handle a purchase, as I travel to NY a lot. Micheal has called me directly which was a sign of good customer relations, and appreciated. So don’t let the stars represent the company, I will update later. It’s a great sign they reached out, was easier in the past doing business, but also must take into account things may be different today than a few years ago as far as the world changing and business trying to do what they can to adjust. I can understand that the way we do business with them, can also be how they do business on that end to accumulate merchandise, and things lately may be problematic not to anyone’s fault. As they say, sh*t rolls downhill. But again, nice to have a person reach out in an extremely timely manner. I will follow up after trip. I will note in past, most experiences have been excellent.

Pretty good marketplace. Good experience with the team. I’ve had a couple mishaps but all in all good business to do business with.

Good value for items I was able to negotiate, goods came in, in fair/good condition.

Working with Albert in NJ for over 12 years,with Adam in Miami, over a decade, and with Glen in NJ is a great team effort, and there to help when needed.
