To date, I have placed 43 orders. All have been shipped quickly. All items are new and authentic. Wide variety!!! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend 888Lots!!

I ordered a specific color — they sent a completely different one.

When I asked for a refund, they barely gave anything back. Not full refund, not even half. Just excuses.

Product was not as described, and support is useless. Very disappointed. Never again.

Stay away from 888Lots — they don’t care about customers.

This website is a scam! How? I'll tell you how.
First you place an order with a few items, one of these item will be something really cheap and not like the one you ordered at all. I ordered 2 notebook laptops each one of them worth $300 and for one of them they send me a glasses worth $15 dollars. I opened a claim and they accept it but in order to get this coupon I have to place an order bigger than the coupon price. I placed a second order for 4 items one of them was worth $100 dollars and they send me a phone charger instead!!!
That's why they keep this under each product that they list "Note: The displayed images and UPC may not be correct for all items in our inventory." If you order something you get something else and good luck of what you get! nothing buy scam! I'll never waste my time and order from them, I closed my account right after I saw this keeps happening.

Scammy company. Ordered 10 boxes $400, was sent 10 individual units like $10 value. They admitted the error, blamed someone else, then made me return at MY EXPENSE and then took 3 phone calls to Rich Citrin, 6 emails to Rich Citrin, 3 weeks, and a credit card charge-back to get refunded.

First they try to make you use site credit instead of a legit refund. Stay far away from these guys. If the deal looks good its probably because they are gonna scam you.

I've been buying from this place for a few months now and so far everything's going great, super good prices and excellent service.
