Disaster service and disaster support!

Disaster service and disaster support!! In about 4 months I was almost NEVER able to charge my car without restarting the charger. Impossible to talk to someone or to receive a solution within 5 days. OF COURSE, invoices arrive always perfectly on time...
Do NOT USE 50five

50Five disaster service

When migrating from Shell Recharge to 50Five the service degraded to non-usable. First calling their AI Chatbot delivered a nicely written out conversation with the computer but, now 4 months later, resulted in nothing. Changed car and accompanying chargecard was not possible as he didn't recognized the chargecard. Wrote a request for assistance but again no feedback on this, to my knowledge simple, request. This is by far the worst service I even came across with their AI Chatbot and no reaction on questions and requests.

This company is a real joke

My charging system has been transferred from Blink to 50five, apparently Blink decided to do so without informing me. The transfer officially happened a month ago. Since then, my charging station stopped working and I do not get my electricity reimbursement anymore...
Impossible to speak to someone and the sole ticket I created with their customer (virtual) agent got 2 weeks to be answered without any decent input. Problem is still open...

Horrible AI agent

Horrible AI agent, but also very poorly functioning human operators.
Human operator kept reading script, without actively listening. Kept proposing solutions that did not make sense.
Context was planning an installation ahead of time of a house move. Somehow, the human operator seemed unable to understand that I don't currently live there...

Worst customer support ever! Avoid at all costs!

To open a ticket, you are forced to go through an AI bot. To actually reach a human, expect to wait and argue with a dummy AI. You have to try multiple times just to eventually get a human operator. Then, after a couple of transfers, you might finally get the right person. Even then, they will do everything possible to avoid sending someone on-site for an intervention

This means you have to call back every couple of days to keep nagging them. Each time, you have to go through the AI bot all over again, which takes 5 to 10 minutes every single time. This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced. This company feels like a scam, and the transition from Shell has been a disaster for all customers.

No support. Poor installation.

1. Luckily I was there during the installation. Otherwise the charging point would have been installed poorly.

2. Support is just NON existing. Not for B2C customers, neither for B2B corporate clients (employees of a large enterprise). No way to contact over phone. No reaction on the tickets logged.

If you have the choice; don’t choose this provider.

Migration Shell Rech to 50Five total disaster

The migration from Shell Recharge to 50Five is in short a disaster. For 3 months we could not charge at home, after very unclear comms from Shell Recharge. All support tickets with 50Five were not answered, they even disappeared from the app after some time. Now my account was not accessible anymore. Requesting a transfer of the device to another provider: no answer. Support was simply not there. AI chatbot and support is a joke, it is just a cost saving to get rid of people looking for support. Shell made the mistake to outsource the charging points to a smaller company not used to dealing with this volume and complexity, and probably did so due to lowest cost. In the end we had to replace the charger with another one, with a big cost and 3 months of cheaper charging lost as a consequence. Raising this to Shell also did not help, they just deviated the issue. Shameful, 50five and Shell.

Ignorance and incompetence to the highest degree.

Due to new electric company car, required to install a new charging station.
First contacted 50five early October.
1 month later, I have yet to get a response to most of my questions regarding the installation parameters. (charging station, cable connection, electrical board changes, internet connectivity,...)
The few answers I received from the sales department are either inaccurate or completely incorrect. They now stopped answering altogether.
When I call the helpline, the people who answer, clearly of immigrant origin, speak barely comprehensible Dutch and are rude and impolite.
Will follow up on this review, after final installation, which might turn out to be after many months...

no communication

no communication
no communication, no service, no follow up.
No life.
Difficult to give a review if there is no communication at all from any one within this company, through their official customer platform. Very very disappointed and they are lucky that the rating 0 star is impossible

Poor Service

The service experience has been highly unsatisfactory. The installation of the loading station was poorly managed, requiring multiple technician visits to resolve basic installation issues. Following the installation, reaching the Customer Service Center has proven extremely difficult due to excessively long waiting times.

Moreover, the Customer Service Representatives have limited proficiency in Dutch, which significantly hinders effective communication. Once a support ticket is logged, there is no proactive follow-up from Numobi. Despite having submitted several tickets in the past, no resolutions have been provided to date.

The most disappointing moment was when a Customer Service Representative responded to my concerns by stating, "we are a victim of our own success," which reflects a concerning lack of accountability and professionalism.

I am 100% convinced that 50Five has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Countless emails, both directly and via their website, go ignored or unanswered. When I call, I'm either unable to get help due to staff shortages or find that there is no time available for them to provide a solution.

What is my requirement, you may ask? Easy. I already have one of their machines installed. Meaning I bought it and paid for it - I can't use it because the card and tag that I have don't work. This has been going on for weeks already with no light at the end of the tunnel - I still sit with no answer or solution.

Shocking and appalling service. Stay away!

My experience with the 50five

My experience with the 50five - Numobi has been terrible. I have an electrical charger installed by them and its been 4 months the charger has not worked. I have written so many emails, called them on the phone and completed their complain form online. they haven't responded. Unfortunately they were selected by my leasing company and I cannot do anything about it. I will not recommend them. I hope they can improve their service.

50five Numobi

Since the beginning of the year, I have had an awful experience with the customer support department of 50five Numobi. My EV charger was defect and I needed to replace it. It took more than a dozen emails and 2 months to get an offer that was outrageously expensive. When I decided to choose another provider, Numobi kept sending invoices and reminders for the subscription to the platform I didn't use any more.
