I was recommended this company, along with several others, and I decided to get quotes for both Level 2 and Level 3 surveys. After comparing my options, this company stood out from the rest.

They took the time to explain which survey would be most suitable for my needs and provided detailed information about what each survey level covered. They answered all of my questions promptly and were extremely helpful, even before I had made any payment.

The survey was completed within two weeks of paying the deposit, and I received the report just one week later. Considering the detailed nature of the survey and the length of the report (83 pages), I believe this was a very quick and efficient service.

They also reassured me that if any questions arise in the future, I can get back in touch with them for advice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a survey.

We had a RICS level 3 survey carried out by 4Sight Surveying on an older property near York, the report was very thorough and the traffic light system made it very easy to understand.
The most impressive part was the photos we received from the drone inspection, it allowed us to see areas we would never have seen. The pdf report allowed us to click through to larger images so everything was super clear and concise.
