Literally had my duty free perfumes of course ver £600 stolen by staff and they refuse to look into it. Reported to police. Don’t ever expect them to treat you well as a customer they are scammers

I understand how distressing and upsetting it must be to lose belongings of such significant value, and I can completely appreciate why you are so eager to find out what happened to them.
As this matter has been reported to the police, the best course of action is to allow them to carry out their investigation, and we would also recommend contacting your travel insurance provider to see if they can support you with a claim for the missing property.
