Seasoning appears to be non-existent. Spending money on bland chicken is pointless. Not seen whole pieces of chicken here or any hot items because they leave food hanging around until all gets cold. You wait ages for food just to be served disappointment. Jollibee has been slacking for far too long nor do they care to change.

I only requested a partial refund for the food that was bad and had to be thrown away but it was refused. I hate throwing food away as it is a waste. I had no choice. I hardly ever ask for a refund so Justeat, your performance today is very disappointing, unsatisfactory and heartless.

CAN YOU ENSURE YOUR COURIER RINGS MY DOORBELL FOR THIS DELIVERY, INSTEAD OF DUMPING MY PARCEL OUTSIDE ON THE GRASS. I LIVE ON THE TOP FLOOR OF A SHARED FLAT WITH 16 OTHER TENANTS AND THEFT IS HIGH HERE. ITS STRESSFUL HAVING TO CONSTANTLY MONITOR THE EVRI APP, LISTEN OUT FOR THE DOORBELL AND LOOK OUT OF MY WINDOWS SO NOT TO MISS DELIVERIES, BECAUSE OF YOUR HEARTLESS COURIERS IGNORING DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AND JUST DUMPING PEOPLE’S PARCELS ANYWHERE ON THE GROUND.

Watford Parade Greggs TGTG bags are tiny. Only gave me 3 items so I’m not impressed. Compared to the huge and full magic Greggs’ Too Good To Go Bags people show on social media, it is a bit of a let down and is just mean.

Only got 3 items in my TGTG bag from Greggs - Watford Parade. Disappointing, especially when you see on TikTok other people getting a huge full bag. Off putting to go back if they are that mean.
