Words fail me what a useless bunch I asked DPD for proof they delivered my package they then sent me proof of my package being delivered into a drop box of a property which I know to be 36C where I live at 38C and have no drop box. DPD you really are appalling and don’t tell the truth. DPD Belgium you are not capable of doing anything.

There are no polite words for this bank they are truly appalling. They clearly want only customers who make them money. Pensioners and people with small sums of money have their accounts closed with no explanation. You treat human beings so horribly as you cowardly give no reasons for your actions.

I was shocked at the extreme rude attitude of a member of staff today in my local Lidl. I reported it to a so called manager who was equally rude and aggressive I was shocked at his attitude to a customer. Customer service totally zero
