I've been buying from Weston for a couple of years now and their lean biltong is the best I've found and I've tried a lot during my high protein diet. The flavour variety is brilliant. The thing that stood out this time was I put the wrong shipping address in, messaged them, and even though they were out of the country it was sorted instantly and even apologised for being out of the country. When the order did arrive there was an issue, which can be expected when you use shipping agents, but they owned the problem whilst they were still out of the country and still apologised. The problem was sorted and they have, still, a very happy customer who will keep buying the 2kg variety box. Thank you.

After being stranded at the airport at 01:00 by the hire car company with my partner and 3 children, trying to get my money back and taxi fare proves pretty much impossible. Still waiting a week later.

17/07/25 After being asked by the customer services team to contact them, I did, over a month later I'm still awaiting an update. Turns out they don't chase the supposed rental company for an update they wait for you to chase them. I've been told I have to be patient and wait as there is no escalation route.
