Unreliable seller

Maybe recommended with stock models I don’t know but en medida is a big problem. Before paying the estomated delivery time was around 5 weeks, after paying and confirming it’s 8 weeks and now still after 10 weeks no window and nobody knows. I don’t mind waiting but don’t make me order with a very fast delivery time because They know whats going on im sure, they just want your money and you can’t cancel a special made window. Now they are going to respond with there can always be a delay bla bla but they don’t do sh….. better go for Leroy Merlín i have found out because they delivered already,

And now they have as well tried to delete my review and marked it as “fake” I had to send an invoice of the order to trustpilot to verify. This says enough.

1 subscription is automatically renewed…

1 year subscription is automatically renewed without notice (illegal) and went up from €59,99 to €99,99 without notice as well. They have pending law suits about this in the us, probably Will be in europe too. Be carefull with them!

To get Your money back contact your creditcard issuer because its illegal they have to do a chargeback in Europe

Ze gaan tegen de wet in door…

Ze gaan tegen de wet in door automatisch stilzwijgend met 1 jaar te verlengen en ook nog eens de prijs van €59,99 naar €99,99 te verhogen. Dus bijna verdubbelen. Je kan beter naar een andere aanbieder gaan want in het systeem stoort ook regelmatig en is mega traag.
