Service was excellent from start to finish. Informed when engineers were coming and once here explained what they were going to do. There were also video’s to view demonstrating what to expect on the day of the work being carried out. The engineer that entered the house wore covers on his shoes and was the kindest most polite and professional gentleman. Thank you to open reach for providing such an amazing service .

Visited the Gleadless shop today. As per usual the girls were fantastic in in every way. Professional helpful and cheerful. They supply 1st class customer service and both of them are an asset to the company.
