Open reach staff have been fantastic over recent months resulting from internet issues. Whilst Internet provider provided a less than favourable experience outreach staff Steven, Alex and Thomas were fantastic! They showed care, understanding and a willingness to solve the problem. Fantastic team, the customer service given was exemplary and these staff should be commended.
