I studied for the NEBOSH General certificate and thought that the study was well thought out and covered everything that I needed. I passed my NEBOSH NG1 with a refer on my NG2 however with the feedback I was easily able to resubmit my NG2 to get a pass.

It was easy to contact customer support to gain information on what my best membership options were. Jack was a great help.
The assessment was relatively easy however I thought I had completed it after Part 1 as it said 100% and submit. I then had to go back to the Part 2 and complete.
Once completed, the assessor Sian called me who was excellent. Very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. She processed my audit very quickly and send the certificate via email.

I took my D-Max in for a service arriving at 8am. The team quickly booked me in and gave me a courtesy car for the day. The courtesy car was lovely to drive, and absolutely spotless with over 1/4 tank of fuel to get me to work quickly without having to stop.
I apologised to the gentleman that booked my vehicle in that I had not had time to clean it, but he was very understanding and said that he would have it cleaned for me - superb!
I received a call about 2pm that afternoon to inform me that my vehicle was ready for collection. I made my way there topping up the fuel on my way.
As promised, my car was spotlessly clean and serviced to a high standard.
This was a completely hassle free experience where I was met with employees who look like they enjoy working there and pride thelselves on providing a top class service. See you again in 12 months.

Great products, as described. Very good value for money. The only thing was delivery, you don't get to choose a date and most of the deliveries came on different dates to when I was notified. Fortunately, I was at home on those days.

Outstanding delivery. My house is located away from the road up a pathway, however the delivery people put the sofa bed onto a sack truck and bought it round with no fuss. They also took it upstairs for me as the sofa bed was for one of the bedrooms. Once the sofa bed was in situ, they assembled it and asked for my approval. They made everything hassle free and so smooth. I would have really struggled to get the sofabed upstairs, so they saved me a major hassle. 5* service
