Cannot understand what went wrong with the poor reviews. Call centre staff kind and helpful. Broadband changed over from existing supplier without me having to do anything. Very good website, easy to navigate. Broadband reaches parts the previous one didn’t even with extenders. Very happy with the installation

Could not have asked for better service. I was kept informed regularly about the arrival of the engineer to install my new fibre broadband.
On arrival James was polite, efficient and a very tidy worker. He went over and above to ensure that I was happy with my new installation and knew how to connect all my smart appliances.
I am very happy with the service

I emailed Petsafe as my old cat flap had broken and I wasn’t sure which replacement to buy that would fit. They replied very quickly, identified the model and advised me which updated version would fit.

I have been with Valued Opinions for many years and previously would have given them 5 stars. Recently I hardy get any surveys and more often than not, I spend several minutes on one and finally get screened out. I hate wasting time like this, can we not get screened out earlier? Getting frustrated with the site.

My ancient microchip cat flap failed locking my poor cat out in the rain. I telephoned Surepetcare and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who diagnosed the problem and sent me the necessary parts free of charge by return of post.
My cat flap now works perfectly, how refreshing to find such a helpful company.
