I am not happy with their delivery date promises, but their service in general is not that bad and prices are also okay.

I have ordered twice from this company a while back, and I am happy with them. I hoped they have kept price low, as the name suggests, but overally I am happy.

I had bad experiences ordering from docmorris, twice. First time, a while ago, their checkout was keep giving errors, so I gave up and went to another shop.

Second time, they had a product ready to dispatch immediately on their website, and then told me that they don't have it at all! The worst part was that they didn't fix the issue on their website, despite me clearly pointing this issue to them...

Also, their AI assistance is not good, and then you need to have back and forth with a human via Email, which take ages...

We had a good experince with Passenger clothing so far

As usual, everything was smooth. I just hoped that they would be more upfront with the booking cost, but that is okay, I am using their service for years and I am happy with it.
