I received my order on time but leaking all over.

I received my order on time. It was 4 bottles of antibacterial spray. The bottles were not sealed properly for transporting and leaked all over. Losing the contents of the bottle. Making the cardboard box pulp. I have tried to complain. They say I have no complaint. The pre worded questions didn't cover the problem. I can't upload photos. I have no method of complaint. Im shocked and frustrated. I thought Amazon was a professional organisation. And even more shocked to see the rating on Trust pilot. I've had my eyes opened. I'm poorly at the moment, hence the bacterial spray. I need it. I can't mix with others until my symptoms clear. What I thought was an amazing service has gone out of the window. I'm probably not going to take the risk using Amazon in the future. So disappointing.

The engineer was a clean polite and well mannered young man. He respected both me and my property. A very tidy job. Arrived within the designated time. Top job. The engineer is a credit to his employer.

This is my first purchase and it won't be my last! The miniatures are fabulous in their detail. Affordable too. Lots of tempting bits and pieces to collect. Keeping things Affordable will keep people like myself coming back especially when the quality is there too. Well done Minimum World!

As a first time customer I was wondering what I might have bought. I have to say that I'm absolutely delighted! I was getting a bit anxious about the fabric in case it was a stretchy sweaty type. It's not! The dress is very well made. Well finished. Great quality. Quirky and fun! I'm impressed. Thank you.

It works brilliantly

The Flexi Fan arrived quickly. It was a dream to assemble. The instructions for assembly and use are plain and simple. That done, the fan is the best I have ever owned it's incredible. I am sat in a south facing conservatory on the sunniest day this year and I am cool and comfortable. Even Mr Dyson didn't manage that!
