Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. Ordered a smoker. On first use it shorted the electrics in the house and does so every time it is plugged in. Have contacted customer service multiple times via email and chat (phone number never answers), but no response. Faulty, potentially dangerous product and non existant customer service. Avoid.

Wrong product sent

Wrong product sent, wrong shoe and wrong size. Courier has now cancelled 3 times to collect. No refund until shoes are collected.
