The Engineer was very professional and worked in very cold conditions outside with a smile and didn’t complain once. The installation inside was done perfectly and got everything working great. Cannot recommend enough to be honest.

Been with Insureandgo for a couple of months now and wanted to upgrade because I was planning another trip but out of Europe. Was helping difficulty with logging in to my account online but was having password issues. I rang up to ask for help and was very greeted by Cheryl who sent me a new email containing my documents but the upload options I couldn’t find on the page which was very confusing. Cheryl then had to get in touch with the technical dept to find out the cause of the issue but promised to ring me back to resolve the issue. Within the hour Cheryl kindly rang me and after scrolling to the very bottom of the page when it’s just a white border, she showed me the 2 document folders hidden which were almost invisible due to being a white colour as well but containing a very thin border. I at least manage to laugh about it afterwards and couldn’t stop thanking Cheryl for her kind help. She also helped me with advice of upgrading for my next trip which solved the whole purpose of my contacting Insureandgo today. 10/10 marks from me for sure.
