Car Buying Warning – Learn from Experience
I’m sharing this to help others avoid a difficult situation I experienced after purchasing a vehicle from a salesperson named Roy at Pricemark Motors.
I bought the car on 30th August 2025, and on the same day, it developed an overheating fault. After contacting the dealership, I was directed to go through the warranty process and was advised to report the issue in a way that did not reflect when it actually started.
I chose to be honest and informed the warranty provider that the issue began on the first day of purchase. The claim was then rejected, likely on the basis that the fault was considered pre-existing.
The situation then became increasingly frustrating:
It took around 5 months for the dealership to arrange collection of the vehicle for repairs
The car was kept for nearly a month
When it was returned, the same overheating issue reoccurred the very next day
I reported this again but received no meaningful response
At that point, I felt I had no choice but to return the vehicle. It was officially returned on 25th March 2026.
The matter is currently under investigation by the finance company, and I am awaiting the outcome.

I had a good in-store experience, but the delivery process was disappointing. It was scheduled between 13:10 and 17:10, so I decided to stay home and wait. I began tracking the delivery at 11:12, then, around 14:05, having started my day at 11:00. Suddenly, I noticed the tracking update changed to “Awaiting Date” without any call or message from the delivery team. Despite waiting outside with my phone ready, I received no calls. When I contacted customer service, I was told my delivery had been canceled because they claimed I didn't answer calls. This is untrue; I was outside all day, actively tracking the van, and ready to receive my Hisense 75-inch TV. The delivery team did not arrive or contact me, making their claim false. Overall, this was poor customer service, and I am very dissatisfied. I've never encountered such deception before, and others should be cautious of this behaviour.

Everything about Meraki Resort was fantastic, the continental dishes also included a late buffet in case you missed the time for the food, the pool and the beach areas, to mention a few. It is a home away from home, and my friends and I are already planning a second trip

Although I am yet to get an apartment but the consistency and feedback in ensuring that I get want I am looking for his uncommon.
