It is becoming regular that Amazon Prime does not deliver on the day they promised.
For the subs we pay we are hardly getting anything back from, in fact Amazon has been in contractual failure and they just say sorry....
There is no point paying for Prime...

I am actually surprised they are still in operation, knowing how rubbish they are…I do hope there will be a time when the relevant government authorities will hold this company accountable.

I have ordered couple shirts over the last 12 months and never had an issue when I needed to exchange it into a different size online. It was quick and smooth.
Well, not anymore...apparently CT made the decision that they would only offer return but not exchange and if I want a different size then I have to do the ordering again with the correct size now...
Very inefficient way of doing business and not customer-friendly at all...even though I thought customer satisfaction is important bc that also brings money in...

Review of Just Eat
My order was just about 10 mins away when the page got updated and showed that my order is 17 mins away because "The courier has some stops to make along the way." I am absolutely appalled...they basically just threw my delivery at the back of the queue...and then this "The courier's location is currently unavailable, but don't worry, they're on their way."

I was pretty much stunned & dismayed by the fact that the staff at your Oxford street shop wanted me to leave my backpack outside of the fitting room…saying “that is the policy” and “we have CCTV”…never ever had to do this and that basically treats your customers as potential thief…never again I will visit your shop…
