Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered some sunglasses on Vinted, I haven’t ever received them and I have paid £80 for something I haven’t got! I have argued back and forth with Vinted for weeks and have gotten no where. The courier dumped the parcel on my doorstep and they were no longer there when I got home. The courier won’t help as it is the retailers responsible and contract with the courier and Vinted just tell me that the courier has marked them as delivered and they have closed the case and no longer allow me to get in touch with them about it. Disgraceful service.
