Told them to cancel monthly policy....ignored

Told them l had sold my car and therefore require to cancel the extended warranty policy (paid £66.08 monhly debit.)
Their response ...we charge £50 to cancel, do you still wish to do so? Whyever not? That charge appears on page 37 of their conditions but it is reasonable to read this is applicabe only to fixed term policies not one paid montly and where the cost increases annually. Told them that charge is egregious.

Second reply....do you still want to cancel?
Repeat yes.
Two weeks later....montly charge debitted from my bank.

Charlattans
So their response mentions abs sensor replacement.....paid but a fraction of the cost £160 of £400 from memory after deducting % for vehicle age....alleging labour time and part cost excessive.....aye well....not according several experts l spoke too. Plus after placing the abs sensor the multille fault warnings remained until after a 30m test drive to clear it....oh and try finding a Motoreasy garage near Glasgow. 1 only when this fault occured.

6 month old K5 premium developed a minor leak immediately behind the water inlet. Called Karcher UK . You need a box for us to collect it. Paid £12 for box delivered next day. It was huge...big enough for 3 and supplied with just some crumpled paper padding. So gave that idea up and against my better judgement took it to Karcher Port Glasgow in early Dec. Finaaly collected 2 days ago. Washed 1 side of a car before there was a loud noise and a huge gush of water. From exactly the same place as the previous minor leak. Ive had issues with previous Karcher machines and the Port Glasgow repair centre who clearly as before had not bothered to check their work . Both Karcher machine and this repair centre are uttely useless. Borh best avoided

FIAT UK ignore safety related faults

I have a 2023 Adria campervan on a Ducato conversion. Fiat install connections to a socket for Adria to add items. For 2 years our electric step retracted as soon as the engine starts . A necessary safety feature. A specialist identified no signal at the above socket. Fiat Glasgow tell me there are no faults showing on their diagnostics so will do nothing. Fiat UK response....we can do nothing without the diagnostic report....Try another dealer...here's the list. Still under 5year warranty....utterly shameful response to a clear safety risk

You think Royal Mail are slow? Tried EVRI?

You think Royal Mail are slow?

Every time an ebay seller uses EVRI I can be absolutely sure the item will be late. Not unusual for an item to languish in EVRI hub for 2 days - and then of course comes the weekend. With luck, the item might move on Monday. But then - when it arrives at the local depot it stays for another wee rest - 2 days.

(well actually my experience of RM is good. e.g small parcel posted Saturday - delivered Monday 300miles away.)
