I spoke to someone called Dan on Friday who was excellent - helped me get set up fully with a new process for our phones and understands that unless you're on this website night and day, it's a bit like rocket science. I always find the technical help excellent and friendly.

Chris Barnes carried out a H&S audit with us in 2022 and the following year we had another advisor. Although doing the same job, the 2nd advisor's approach was lacking and I remembered Chris and asked for him to come back this time around. He's thorough, supportive, knowledgeable and collaborative. I came away from the audit knowing what we'd done well and what we need to get done and when, going forward. We have now asked for him to be our permanent advisor. He's excellent.

I've been going to this gym for a while and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
In general it's just a nice atmosphere.
A thank you to Anthony who helped me look for my mobile phone that I'd left in a locker. Finding it again was as good for my health as any workout.

I am particularly singling out Michelle Frogley as providing an excellent service and going above and beyond in helping me through the process of managing the end of one tenancy and the beginning of another, helping me to understand all stages of the process and breaking down the finances involved.
