Both new and existing customers always benefit from the same sharp rates, without temporary promotions.

As for the app and customer zone: we try to keep it as simple as possible. We are, however, working on an update of the consumption overview, which will be unrolled soon. We always welcome feedback, so please feel free to e-mail us with any improvements.
