I would give minus if I could. Ordered in November and still not received anything. They provided me with a Chinese delivery document and said it has been delivered. Not to me!! Avoid avoid avoid

Shocking customer service AVOID
Ordered in November, now April and still not received. Will not process a refund or replacement as apparently still in transit. They said I can chase the courier but the contract is with them and not the courier. Total scam of a company. Customer service is awful.

Loyalty is not rewarded
I have been with Orange and then EE for over 30 years. The service has slowly got worse and worse, prices have gone up and up and now to be honest after the last mistake I am just giving up with them. You get absolutely nothing at all for your loyalty, just shocking customer service, very high bills, they have increased roaming pass by £15 just this year, what started off as £10 is now £25 per month. I never complain but just had enough now.

SCAM
Charged £29.99 and then random £3.99 and £1.99 charges. Contacted my credit card company and then advised that Mediacraze.net can request my new card details as apparently I have signed up for something and then they can keep taking the money. Contacted 7SlSCP, they are taking the money on behalf of medizcraze.net I have never knowingly registered with them and no idea how they got my details. SCAM
