I have delt with auto protect since my vehicle was out of warranty when renwel is due they call you and ask if you would like to renew and give you the options the person that deals with me is Darren Paradise a nice person to deal with putting no pressure on you

I ordered my part at lunchtime on Wednesday and APC delivered it before 10.00 am on Thursday and I could track my parcel all the way the driver was very polite

Very polite and friendly found the problem and got on with the job came back did all the checks problem solved

Very easy to advertise with no fuss & it's free

Placed my order with a company they sent me a link for DHL
My parcel was due for delivery on Thursday but was delivered today Wednesday from start to finish DHL sent me constant messages to keep me informed the driver was very smart & polite and my parcel was all intact well done all at DHL

Pretty much hassle free advertising

Placed my order & paid waited 8 days still no delivery chased it up they hadn't sent my order through delivery arrived 2 days later

Just Placed my order & paid £162.02 this morning after waiting 1 hour
Got confirmation by email with the price of £679.00 also got message from my bank saying they had taken this amount out
Called flogas back I asked to be put through to accounts ( they didn't want to) spoke to woman she said credit would have to call me back (they only do refunds on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 3 days sounds like lots of mistakes) I asked to be put through to complaints after a while waiting I was cut off that all took 1 hour so 2 hours wasted and still having to wait in for them to call me back
A woman from complaints did call me back said she was sorry and said she would look into why it happened
It's now 5.30 they are now closed and nobody from the credit department has called me back as promised to refund the money that was stolen from my bank account another 4 hours wasted waiting for that call in total today 6 hours wasted for flogas I will have to call them again in the morning but I shall have to wait until Wednesday for the money they stole because they don't do refunds on Tuesdays
Had to call again on Tuesday morning ask to speak to someone in credit control and was put through to Craig he said it's being sorted I said it should of been done yesterday he said I think your raising your voice & hung up on me so had to call complaints again but she was in a meeting & she would call me back in about 15 minutes & she did
Tuesday late pm got conformation payment had been given back
Friday got my delivery as stated when I placed my order
What a shambles of a company

I have been a flogas customer for a few years I have (13kg & fl ) I have 2x47kg bottles that last me 14 days in winter I put them on and check for leaks but the 2 bottles on the 21/2/22 only lasted 7 days I made this known and said they would look into it after I called time after time Anna Dakin called me back on 11/4/22 & got things moving then on the 14/4/22 I got a call from a man from Chesterfield said he could not understand how they could have less gas in because people handling them would have noticed (I had this before & they swapped 1 bottle foc) but they won't have any of it this time I'm going to look for some scales if I can to weigh them I do suggest you keep a close eye on yours you don't need ripping off with the price it is
