This was the 2nd time I had ordered from the company. I received my order in less than 24 hours. The 1st time took 5 days even though the website states free next day delivery for the amount I purchased. The Hayati pods work out £1.50 - £2.00 cheaper per pod versus my local suppliers and there is a lot more choice in flavour. I'm pleased I didn't let the delay in my 1st experience put me off.

I ordered a jacket for an upcoming holiday. The ordering process was very straightforward and I received the item within a few days. Unfortunately it wasn't long enough in the body for my height which was extremely disappointing as it was a lovely, well made jacket. Hopefully I will get one similar but a bit longer before my holiday. My only issues with SUPERDRY ladies coats is that size 18s are hard to get hold of, I am usually a size 16 but the size comes up small.The returns policy is as easy as ordering.

My only gripe is with the delivery. Although I have set my days and opening times for my chosen delivery address Amazon attempted to deliver 3 times outside these times. I then received an email from them asking me to set up my delivery instructions. What is the point when they ignore them anyway

I always buy Romans black jeggings for work. They are well made, the perfect length, quality fabric and hard wearing which is essential for the job i do. I have only once had a problem with fraying after one wash but this issue was solved efficiently and it hasn't stopped me from buying since. My reason for the 4 stars is the price. They are a bit more expensive than other retailers for like product. But I suppose you get what you pay for.

I have been a little disappointed with a few of my other purchases from Roman regarding the quality of some of their products. Not with the prompt delivery or their speed when processing returns. But this time I have no complaints whatsoever. Same fast delivery and this time the product purchased was perfect in fit, quality and definitely price (it is a sale product and I would definitely have paid double) well done Roman! Back to what I used to expect and receive.

I have only recently 'found' Cotton Traders products and I really like what I have purchased. Excellent quality and something for all occasions. They are just a little slow when it comes to refunding any products returned. I sent back 2 items, 1 to Cotton Traders and 1 to another company on the same day and time. Cotton Traders took over a week longer to reimburse me. The clothing is better quality so it won't put me off buying more holiday clothes.

Beautifully made, age appropriate products. Always delivered promptly. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because of how long they take to refund.

Although the product I purchased was not up to the standard I expect from Roman Originals and I had to return it I have to say that the delivery and returns process is one of the best for an online store.

The item I ordered ( mid length dress ) didn't come when I was led to believe it would and the packaging wasn't great. Luckily I didn't need it straight away. I have returned it as it wasn't what I expected.

Roman online is very easy to navigate. There is always a lot of choice. Sometimes the items that I really like are unstable because they are from the petite section and there is not the equivalent in the main section.

Good quality products, reasonably priced, even better when the items I need are on sale. Delivered promptly.

I ordered a Reebok zip through hoodie and I have received a crew neck sweatshirt. I have to pay delivery to return a item that wasn't my chosen product. Customer service is impossible to get through to. Extremely angry and disappointed. I ordered this for my holiday.

I recieved the item promptly but unfortunately it was too small and had to return it for a larger replacement. I am still awaiting this. It's been over a week and I have heard nothing about it up to now. Hopefully it will arrive soon because it's a very pretty top.
