I've been really pleased with the service provided, massively helpful to try frame before buying, sensible and helpful conversations around lens types, pros and cons, all of which allowed me to make informed decision ahead of buying.
Then, when thin lenses not available in time required, have provided me with thicker lenses for my needs now, whilst continuing to source thin lenses to swap later. Couldn't have asked for more.

Recently purchased a Pocket Hole jig and a Router from Rutlands.
Really happy with the quality of both of these products, especially the jig.
Price of both also very good, esp the Router which was one of their ‘midnight sale’ items, so very well priced.
Service was fine with speedy delivery.

Ordered from Decking Delivery several times, as well as having visited their site a couple of times.
Always friendly, prices always compare well and good and timely delivery, with tracking option available and helpful friendly drivers.

Laptop was as ordered and was delivered safely and quickly and worked well.
Unfortunately a problem occurred after about 2 months which stopped it working altogether.
Obviously I reported this and a replacement was arranged quickly and efficiently with the original laptop collected at the same time, making life nice and easy.
Replacement has worked without problem since I've had it, which is about 7 months.
Pricing has allowed me to get a higher spec, than I would have done and still at less than I would have paid for a new laptop with lower spec.
Very happy and would recommend.

Really helpful service from Tracey Ranson who explained everything very clearly for me, and also managed to get premium down slightly by further investigating Alarm system and drilling down on storage of vehicle.
Premium very competitive and product very simple and inclusive / cover extensive, rather than lots of separate 'bolt ons' as added extras.

Commenting solely on the actual booking process, which was very straightforward, albeit would perhaps have been nice to be offered ability to pay in e.g. sterling
