We had as shaky start with XLN. We were due to have on site support for the new phones and lines to be installed. This did not happen due to timing and technical issues plus holidays etc. When all three new phones and routers arrived? , I was dubious at the looming prospect on my having to perform the installation to say the least.

We designated a whole day for the change over, and that was exactly what It took to set up.

I want to personally thank Kia in customer service. Kia went the extra mile in helping us get the whole system set up and showed unlimited patience In what could have been an arduous experience.
I have given you three reviews...... BUT.... I would emphasise that I would give Kia( and her colleagues ,who I could hear her asking for assistance when she was not to sure) five stars.

Thank you Kia for saving our bank holiday Friday.
