"I’m giving Zuto two stars because, unfortunately, the overall help I received just wasn't the best. While the initial process seemed straightforward, the actual support and guidance throughout the journey fell short of my expectations. It felt like there was a lack of clear communication, and I didn't get the level of assistance I needed to feel confident in the deal. I hope they can improve their customer support moving forward."
